C.E.M. stands for "Culture Experience Month" - food, music, arts, parties...conducted throughout the year. It's our way to celebrate good eats, urban living, and cultural diversity.

January 2009 - Chinese Experience Month

In conjunction with the Chinese New Year/Lunar New Year Celebration, Urban Eats will launch new menu offerings and a series of parties and events:

• Introducing Rice Bowl, Pots Sticker Plate, and daily fresh brewed Soy Milk:
• ASIAN RICE BOWL: A heaping bowl of fragrant Jasmine rice is surrounded with your choice of chicken, turkey, caponata, or salmon, fresh veggies and your choice of three new sauces: Teriyaki, Ginger Sweet & Sour Sauce, or, if you want a little more kick, try the Spicy Asian Honey Mustard Sauce by itself. Or add a little bit to one of the other sauces!
  
• "One in a Million" - the US Premier of Photojournalism Exhibition examining the roles of women in modern China.
• Grand Finale Party and Art Exhibit at 7pm - 12am, on Saturday, January 31, 2009.
